We use locally sourced natural, antibiotic, and hormone-free beef and chicken, as well as locally grown organic ingredients wherever possible. Our soups are all gluten-free, and we carry many dairy-free items; sensitive to our customers’ dietary restrictions. The most important ingredient is the love for cooking that was formed in those early years in our family kitchens, a tradition that lives on with every bite!
